Now if you're like me, one of my guilty pleasure foods is anything fried. French fries, fried calamaris, fried chicken, and many more. But we all know that it's definitely not healthy, and let's face it, you feel like crap after eating them. So I thought about making a "guilty pleasure" food that has a little twist. I made baked avocado fries. So instead of it being a potato, I replaced it with a fruit, and instead of it being fried, I baked it. And as long as you bake it well, it will be as crunchy as if it was fried. I also made a lemon-garlic aioli sauce to go with it, as long as salt and paprika for seasoning. It is definitely a guilty pleasure food that you won't feel that guilty to eat.

Comfort food
Well, if one eats healthy food, one definitely deserves some comfort food too. And you don't need to look too far to satisfy your cravings. I made a homemade croque-monsieur, and I must say, I was very proud of it. Rarely do I make a dish that looks like it came out of a french café. And it tasted great. A croque-monsieur is basically a grilled cheese sandwich with ham in it. But I decided to also put in some caramelized onions, and top it off with some good mozarella cheese. The melted cheese on top of the sandwich is what makes it look soo delicious. Oh, and eating it with some vanilla almond milk on the side just makes this dish even more delicious.
Fresh food
Hey guys! It's been quite a while since I've created this blog, but never actually posted anything. I will share with you guys my passion for food through this blog, and hopefully it will be interesting :) Well, with no further ado, here is a simple yet delicious dish I made the other day. It is a bowl of rice with salmon sashimis, raw mushroom and cucumber, and a homemade soy-ginger dipping sauce with sesame oil. The best part about this dish is that it is not time-consuming to make, yet it is still healthy and delicious.
